About Me

I see clients in my private practice in Los Altos, where I have practiced since 2003. I have over 20 years of experience helping individuals find relief from depression/anxiety and create the lives they want.

I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.  I integrate complementary evidence-based therapies to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.  I work with compassion and understanding to help individuals to build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
